Safety for each of you is always on top of the list of mandatory requirements. Our standards, rules and instructions guarantee you and our villa team a comfortable and healthy environment.
We work in compliance with all safety measures, as below:
– we use personal protective equipment for all employees
– we provide disinfection on regular basis
– we check the body temperature every 4 hours for all employees and during check-in and check-out for guests of the villa.
– The villa staff owns all the necessary contacts and knowledge in the field of healthcare in Greece in general and Mykonos in particular.
In case of possible COVID-19 restrictions:
It concerns cancellations that have been made by either the subagent or the customer of any nationality due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In the event there are COVID-19 related official travel warnings or quarantine restrictions from client’s point of departure, or at Greece that
restrict client from traveling to Villa Artisti, full refund for pre-paid reservations will be provide. Positive COVID-19 test or the same dicease are not reasonable to provide a full refund.
